Pioneer Resident of Flee Island District and of Portage La Prairie, Mrs. Annie McDonald celebrated her 84th birthday on December 2nd. Born on December 2nd 1876, she lived at Kingston, Ontario until 13 years of age. She was married to the late Edward McDonald and they farmed at Flee Island for many years. Mrs. McDonald presently makes her home with members of her family at 115 Tupper Street north.
