MRS. DOWNEY, accompanied by Mrs. Bull, representing the Women’s Auxiliary of the RCAF Station Portage, presents to Reeve Smith, hospital board chairman, a cheque for $195, gift from the Auxiliary. At the left are Charles Tully and W. Kirkwood, and on the extreme right, Norman Owens, all of the hospital board.
