Lions Club Safety Patrol Shield won by Fort la Reine School for 66-67 term
Fort la Reine School Tuesday night received the Lions Club School Safety Patrol Trophy and became the third recipient of the shield since its inception in 1963. The then Lion president, Harry Smith presented the shield to the club to be presented to the city school achieving the best safety record in a term. Const. Earl Smith, member of the local RCMP detachment, makes the presentation to Roland Hill, captain of the 1966-67 patrol team.
