Highest standing
Wendy Maureen John, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. John of Portage la Prairie, receives the Queen Elizabeth II scholarship (1970) from Mayor H. L. Henderson during Arthur Meighen High School graduation ceremonies Friday night. Wendy obtained the highest standing in June and has proceeded to further training at a technical institution.
