Two retirements at Manitoba schools - W. G. Bailey - Mrs. A. Allan
Ending 36 years as a chief male psychiatric nurse at the Manitoba School W. [text missing] second from left, was honored at a citation tea held Wednesday. At left is [text missing] Atkinson, superintendent of the school and at right is M. Stronski, who made the presentation to Mr. Bailey. With Mr. Bailey is his wife Elizabeth.
