Mrs. Ruth Holliday, Oakville - Fred McDougall, Portage schools - Retirements
Both people pictured above have devoted many years to education in the Portage district. Mrs. Ruth Holliday has concentrated her efforts in educating students of the Oakville area while Fred McDougall has performed conscientious service in maintaining schools in Portage la Prairie. Both were honored and presented with gifts by the Portage la Prairie School Division No. 24 Tuesday during a banquet in their honor at Portage Hotel.
