Prince Charles school official openning [opening] and ribbon cutting ceremony

Obviously happy at being selected to cut the ribbon to officially open the new Prince Charles school Monday is April Hutchinson, a grade two student representing the elementary classes. At left is Trustee Jack McMaster and helping out is Richard Knight of the junior high. School board chairman Fred Wolfe is at right.
