A third prize in an entry of 31,730 has been won by Glenn Fempel of Victoria school in the Manitoba Forestry Assn. 1969 forest fire school poster contest. With Glenn is Alan B. Peaven, representing the association, and his class teacher, Mrs. J. Voesenek.
