Costumes at West End
The weatherman was in his most co-operative mood for West End Community Club's annual winter carnival Sunday afternoon. And no festival is complete without a costume contest for the youngsters. There were some exceptional creations, as the photo indicates, and judges had to deliberate for some time before making their choice of the winners.
