The Portage and District Chamber of Commerce pancake breakfast layout in front of the City Hall was a popular place Saturday morning, not only for the Winter Fun Festival joiners but also for the shoppers. Chamber members served coffee and pancakes from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
