Over half of the 28 contestants in the 1973 Portage Winter Fun Festival got together recently to compare their beards. In the front from the left are Cal Jefford, Roy Smalley, Ed Carson, Russell Carlson, Barrie Nichol, Bill Carson and Sid McDougall.
