Reigning over the Winter Fun Festival in Portage this weekend is the new Queen, Miss Pamela Earl, left, who was crowned during ceremonies Friday night. Here she is seen with Miss Karen Hawthorn, “Miss Manitoba” for 1969 who took part in the ceremonies at the Centennial Arena.
