Mac MacVicar honored by city council - Long service recognition
In recognition of 30 years service with the city, council Monday night presented D. E. MacVicar, second from right, with a severance cheque on his retirement. Others here are, left to right, Ald. A. R. Barrett, Ald. T. N. Metheral who made the presentation, and Mayor H. L. Henderson.
