World War One veterans honoured by ANAF
World War One veterans in Portage were hosted last Friday evening by the Portage branch of the Army, Navy and Airforce Veterans in Canada. Upwards of 50 "old sweats" were guests at the club-sponsored banquet, now an annual event in Portage. A social evening and a dance — for the younger set — closed out the program.
