Can. Legion Portage branch donates peg boards to high school gyms
High school gymnasiums in Portage la Prairie are being equipped with new peg boards, courtesy of the Major Fawcett Taylor branch, Royal Canadian Legion. Legion sports committee member Bill Darichuk, centre, holds one of the boards as branch president Jack Wilson, right, presents a $500 cheque to phys ed director George Cochrane to provide the new athletic equipment.
