Legion “Order of Merit” presentation to Frank Mason
The meritorious service medal and certificate from the Royal Canadian Legion for outstanding service was received Wednesday night by Frank Mason, at left, during a presentation at the local branch. Deputy district commander D. W. Raine made the presentations on behalf of the Legion proper.
