A Red Ensign is presented here by Frank Mason, representing the Royal Canadian Legion branch in Portage, to Envoy J. Mahoney of the Salvation Army corps in this city. The presentation was made Thursday during a program completing plans for the annual Red Shield campaign in Portage next Monday.
