17th Regiment reunion parade & cenotaph service
A memorial wreath honoring members of the 17th Field Regiment, RCA, was placed Saturday at the Cenotaph in downtown Portage. Mrs. Robert McFadden places the wreath, accompanied here by Al Fotheringham, chairman of the local reunion committee.
