Malron Ambulance

Reverse lettering on ambulances

Ha! Ha! It’s backward

There are many who thought the sign painter erred when he painted the "ambulance" backward on Malron's two emergency vehciles [sic]. Well, it was done for a purpose. Look at it in a mirror and it will read right. It's there in this manner so motorists won't be confused when an ambulance comes up behind you in a hurry. Local operator Malcolm Stanley points to the reverse printing at the front of the units and the normal print on the rear doors.
