Credit union elects first woman director
First lady director
Mrs. Melba Bartlett of Oakville has become the first woman director on the board of Portage Credit Union Limited. She was elected for a three-year term at the 31st annual meeting Friday night in the Centennial Hall. In the back are newcomer Dan Werbiski and returnee Howard Roberts, right, both of Portage, also elected Friday night to fill the other two vacancies. At left is board president Aime Omichinski whose term expires in 1976.
