Parking meter offenders
How not to park — This car, demonstrates how NOT to park at one of Portage's new meters. It is placed with the meter directly in front instead of on the drivers side. There is a violation on the meter, and as Lloyd Hilton, first to receive such a warning, points out, he got a ticket.
