Portager Lac Nelson A.BAKUSKA IN EDMONTON
Lac.Nelson A BAKUSKA, Son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Bakuska of Portage la Prairie pumps de-icer fluid into a City of Edmonton squadron Mitchell, before sending it into action in the army air force co-operation exercise in the Maritimes. LAC.Bakuska and 450 other regular and reserve RCAF personnel were flown to Summerside, PEI to provide tactical air support for army manoeuvers at camp Gagetown, New Brunswick. Nelson is a regular force man attached to the City of Edmonton reserve squadron.
