The Big One, calculated by sports knowledgeable to be even more rare than golf’s hole-in-one, was hung up Friday night in mixed league action. And the victim, of all people was Frank Kobie, a fellow officer of Hank’s in the RCMP. Other members of the Hillaby rink are his wife, Melt, and Vicki and George Cassidy
