Senior Curlers 'Spiel Event Winners
Club president Neil Muir makes the presentation to the Norm Owens' rink for winning the top event at the Portage seniors curling club annual bonspiel. Team members are Owens, Sonny Dahl, Les Muir and Jack Whalley. Other winners in the first event were Lye of MacGregor, Sherritt of Oakville and Beese of Portage. Entry to the 'spiel was 25 rinks.

Winner of the third event at the Portage seniors curling club bonspiel, Barney Johnson's Westbourne foursome. From the left are Johnson, Bill McCartney, Jack Asmundson and Tom Thomasson. Other winners in the event were Murray of Neepawa, Painter of Portage, and Rea of Portage.
