Flood Picture In High Bluff

This is the plight of many roads in the Portage district today as melting snow piles up lakes of water in farm fields. Here, a bank of dirty snow is shown on the right from the farm fields edges closer to the road, located nine miles east of Portage and about one mile south of No. 1 highway. When the rest of the snow melts, the water will probably cover the road.
