Tashiro March 7 1972 Men’s curling 81ST ANNUAL MEN’S BONSPIEL WINNERS Jack Wolfe’s rink, winner of the Consumers’ Co-op event and the Grand Aggregate at the Portage Curling Club’s 81st annual bonspiel. At the rear are Gary Cobbe, representing the donor of the Grand Aggregate award, and Harold Empey, representing the sponsor of the Consumers’ Co-op event. Club president, Jim Collett,’s Rink, a double winner Tuesday at the Portage Curling Club’s 81st annual bonspiel. In addition to capturing the Christianson event, one of the feature events, the rink also took the Mayfair Hotel event. Don Brownridge’s rink, winner Tuesday of the Albion Hotel event at the portage Curling Club’s 81st annual bonspiel. Dunc Lamb’s rink, winner of the Gulf Service event Tuesday at the portage Curling Club’s 81st annual bonspiel. From the left are Lamb, John Robson, Denys Marion, and Merlin Lamb. Doug Brooks, representing the sponsor, made the presentation. Ken McCulley’s Jr. Rink, which Tuesday won the City Centre Esso event at the Portage Curling Club’s 81st annual bonspiel.
