Ladies' Curling - 20th Bonspiel Event Winners

Winners of the Grand Challenge Andrich event, tops in the Portage Ladies' annual bonspiel - Mrs. L. Clark's Portage rink. Personnel is: Mrs. L. Clark, skip; Mrs. H. Wishart, third; Mrs. W. Kitson, second, and Mrs. R. Dennis, lead. On the right is Mrs. Andrich, who presented the trophy to the winner.

Mrs. D. Shackell presents the Portage Garage trophy to the winners of the second event in the Portage Ladies' annual bonspiel - Mrs. F. Watso's Pilot Mound rink. Personnel are: Francis Watson, skip; Irene Moore, third; Bertha Fraser, second, and Marg Argue, lead.

Louie Costigan here presents the Costigan trophy to the Elsie Shmon rink of Portage la Prairie, after the rink won the Costigan competition in the Portage Ladies' bonspiel. On the rink are: skip Elsie Shmon, third Mrs. D. Fairbairn, second Gloria Shmon and lead Edna Hawker.
