AIR VICE MARSHALL J. G. BYRANS, C.B.E., CD., Air Officer Commanding Training Command, is shown presenting the Scroll of Honor to Flying Officer R. J. Neill of Edmonton, upon completion of his training at No. 4 Advance Flying Training School, MacDonald. This scroll is presented to the student obtaining the highest marks in both air and academic training. Flying Officer Neill, a member of the Regular Offices Training Plan, received his Pilots’ Badge Friday along with other successful graduates of course 5606 and 5608 at RCAF Station MacDonald.
