FASTBALL PLAYOFF ACTION
End of Season Kool Kats, in the field, gave it a good try but their efforts didn’t match the performance of Cheetahs battling in the Pee Wee quarter-finals late last week. Cheetahs won the series opener 31-11 and Kool Kats improved for the Friday game but still fell six runs short. Kool Kats, included in the picture, are Myrna Yonda pitching, Kim Klassen catching, Rhonda Brown at second base and Holly Garrioch at first. Umpire is Wayne Cote. The game was played at North Memorial.
