FIRST IN LINE (4 A.M.) FOR TERRIER-HUMBOLT FIRST GAME TICKETS
First in line Tickets for the first two playoff slated for Tuesday and Wednesday at the Portage Arena went on sale Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Terrier ticket office. These two fans, Larry Sponarski on left, and Bruce Towle made sure they got their precious ducats. They set up camp at 4 a.m. Saturday and waited nine-and-a-half hours. An estimated 150 people joined them before 1:30 p.m. and most of the seats for both games were sold. Hockey fever has gripped Portage and the demand for tickets is strong.
