“This is Golf Attire?” Maybe they’re less than fashion leaders when it comes to attire, but this trio are more concerned with keeping warm Wednesday at the Portage ladies invitational golf tournament. Bundled up but game to take their turn at the starting tee are Chris Hashimoto of the Breezy Bend club, Ruth Guichon of Portage and Pat McDonald of the Wildwood club.

Golfing Winners: Janie Hall of Bel Acres (left) Wednesday was the top hitter at the Portage ladies invitational golf tournament. Joyce Collier of Portage (right) was the winner of the low-net in the A division. Tournament chairman Nadean Roe and club president Marg Cuthbert made the presentation of prizes.
