“Education Week” observance in city schools

Believe it or not, water can run uphill without the aid of man — and Prince Charles students Tom Sponarski and Murray Cobbe, sitting, do an experiment to prove it for adults attending at the school Wednesday during the Education Week program. The secret, of course, is enough vacuum at the top to increase the pressure on the water below — we think.
