Mayor H. L. Henderson assisted by group president George Robertson snipped the ceremonial ribbon Wednesday afternoon to officially open Kozy Korner at 13 Royal Road North. Speaking briefly as part of the ceremony were Ald. Garry Cobbe, Ald. Karen Devine, Mayor Henderson and Mrs. Margaret Tucker, secretary-treasurer of the association who was the prime mover of the project. Recreation director Al Miller acted as emcee.
