Winter Fun Festival kick-off - Maria Garson crowned queen
Dignitaries from the city, the rural municipality, the RCAF, and from Beausejour were among the more than 800 people at the Arena rink Friday for the opening of Portage’s first Winter Fun Festival. This photo was taken during the introduction ceremonies when the visitors were called to the ice to “take a bow.”
