Children’s Aid Society
C.A.S. receives presentations from 1- RCAF station 2- Women’s Gaol
Artistic quilt work done by inmates at Women’s Gaol in Portage la Prairie is destined for the Children’s Aid Society. Above, Mrs. E. McConachie, supervisor of the crafts room at the goal, shows some of the handiwork done by the women. Mrs. Patricia Bazinet, at right, accepted the gifts on behalf of the Children’s Aid.
