Retirement
Charlie Belton retires from post office
More than 28 years as a member of the Portage post office staff was recognized Saturday. Charlie Belton, at right, was honored by fellow workers on his retirement. He received a gift from the staff, represented here by Boyd Handford. Postmaster J. J. Mulligan represented the federal department and presented at scroll and personal letter from the postmaster-general to mark the occasion.
