Dorcas - Women’s jail inmates repair dolls for Christmas distribution
Christmas dolls, all decked out in their Yule finery, will soon find their way into Dorcas stockings for delivery to make a wide-eyed little girl happy. The dressed dolls are the work of inmates at the Women’s Gaol here, a chore they undertake every year. Staff members Mrs. Gray and Mrs. M. Stewart, right, display the dolls.
