Brotherhood week Feb 22 to Mar. 1.

Premier Edward Schreyer has issued a statement commending Brotherhood Week, February 22 to March 1 to the people of Manitoba. Accepting the premier’s statement on behalf of The Canadian Council of Christians and Jews was Council co-chairman Sidney J. Spivak, Q.C., M.L.A. (left) and Alan Sweatman, Q.C. (centre). Brotherhood Week is observed annually in Canada, to remind citizens that in order to build a stronger Canada, we must work to abolish bigotry and discrimination.
