Civic Presentations - Queen Elizabeth Scholarship - Retirement cheque
The Queen Elizabeth Scholarship offered by the city of Portage la Prairie, is presented here to the 1963-64 winner, Robert McMillan, right, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. M. McMillan of this city. Making the presentation on behalf of the scholarship committee is Ald. W. H. Vopni, left. Centre is Mayor H. L. Henderson, also a member of the committee.
