Debbie Neal, left, of Arthur Meighen High School was crowned 1974 Portage la Prairie Winter Fun Festival Queen Friday night during the teen dance at Trinity CE auditorium. First Princess is Memory Merrick, at rear, from the Friendship Centre and Christine Grant, front, representing Portage Collegiate Institute was named the second Princess. 1973 Fun Festival Queen Debbie Paton personally relinquished the crown to her successor.
