Winter Fun Fest.

Winter Fun Festival - Power tobogan [sic] draw winner

Martin Karpins of Winnipeg Looks happy, and justifiably so. The CPR roadmaster had just been presented with the keys to a new Ski-Daddler by Omar Pappas, right, a member of the Recreation Commission. The snow craft was the prize in a draw held at the completion of the three-day Winter Fun Festival. Incidentally, Mr. Karpins has a 19-year-old son. And no Ski Daddler. There's not much chance of the winner relinquishing the prize.
