CFB Portage command change - Col. A. K. Casselman takes over Col. D. S. McKechnie, DFC, CD
Retiring base commander Col. D. S. McKechnie receives his personal standard from CWO Mahood after turning over command of CFB Portage today. At extreme right is Col. the training base [sic]. Col. McKechnie now joins A. K. Casselman, new Commanding Officer of CFHQ in Ottawa.
