Major Fawcett Taylor branch provides $1,000 for equipmentsto [sic] assist ARC Industries Develop.

This unusual saw is but one of several pieces of equipment provided by the Major Fawcett Taylor branch, Royal Canadian Legion, for the ARC Industries development at Camp Bays. The Legion provided $1,000 for the equipment, half of it from the sports committee. At right is branch vice-president Alex McCombie and at left is 1971 sports chairman Chuck Hempstock.
