Legion - March of Dimes - $4,100 cheque to Society

A cheque for $4,100 was presented Monday night to the Society for Crippled Children and Adults in Manitoba by the Royal Canadian Legion branch at Portage, proceeds from the annual March of Dimes campaign. Left to right are Laurie Skinner, Dimes March chairman Rae N. Smith making the presentation, "Miss March of Dimes" Miss Decoster of Winnipeg, John Shanski, March of Dimes chairman in Manitoba, and Mrs. Wright, chairman of the provincial Mothers' March.
