Oakville Pool elevator new structure official openning [sic] and 50th anniversary commemoration
Robert Miller, of Fortier and Ed Hawker of Oakville each cut a ribbon to open the new Oakville "A" elevator which has an estimated capacity of 160,000 to 165,000 bushels. Stan Wild was in charge of the opening ceremonies of the elevator which has been under construction for a year.
