Consumers Co-op
Construction progress on $4 ½ million extension
Piledrivers are hammering down the concrete piles that will form the base for a major expansion underway at the Consumers' Co-op immediately to the west of the city. Excavations are also being made for the footings and some of the forms, complete with reinforcing, are already in place. Cost of the total expansion is over the $4 million mark.
