Moffatt. Oct. 21/60, Militia, 26th Field Artillery Regiment Commanding Officer, Commanding officer of the 26th field artillery regiment (SP) RCA Lt. Col. J. Brereton of Brandon. Seated at left, visited Portage 38th battery Monday night to discuss corps and survival training, YSTP training, recruitment and a regimental shoot at camp Shilo in early November. With him here is Major V. H Dyer, officer commanding the 38th battery. Standing, Left to right are Capt. O. D. Hancock of the 38th Major M. Tapley of Brandon, 2 i/c of the regiment; Capt. M. Kirkwood of the 38th; Capt. C Ames of Brandon, training officer; and Capt. M. Doig of Brandon, adjutant of the 26th Regiment.
