Tashiro Feb. 24/56 NEWS THIRD PORTAGE SCOUT TROOP FATHER AND SON BANQUET AND PRESENTATIONS CUBMASTER ELMO RITCHIE of the Third Portage Wolf Cub Pack (Victoria) receives his warrant of appointment from ADC Ian McKenzie at the Father and Son banquet held Friday night in the United Church hall. On the left is Scoutmaster Charles H. Waldon who received his Gilwell beads and neckerchief. Centre is Jack E, Andrews, president of the Portage District council, who assisted the ADC in the presentation.
