Tashiro Feb. 24/56 NEWS THIRD PORTAGE SCOUT TROOP FATHER AND SON BANQUET AND PRESENTATIONS CUBMASTER ELMO RITCHIE of the Third Portage Wolf Cub Pack (Victoria) receives his warrant of appointment from ADC Ian McKenzie at the Father and Son banquet held Friday night in the United Church hall.
