UNICEF essay contest winners

Alyson Miller, a grade six student at Oakville, is winner of first prize in the recent UNICEF essay contest. Her teacher, Mrs. L. Leflar, here presents the trophy. L to r are Leslie Blight, a grade 6 student at Oakville, winner of third prize, Miss Lefler, Alyson, Miss N. Kuksa, grade 6 teacher at Fort la Reine and her student, Ben Bathgate, who was winner of second prize. In addition anonymously donated prizes of $25., $15., and $10. were presented to the respective winners.
